Wow! What great little burger spot! Popped in for Mother’s Day, was empty. Tables and chairs were all clean and neatly organized. Pretty good selection of food, not just burgers. Food was quick, fresh, hot, and delicious! We ordered double cheeseburgers and vanilla shakes. Super happy I found this place, definitely my new burger spot! Can’t wait to try other things on the menu!
Burgers are the best they r smashed, big great portion size they were not cheap with the bacon or the onion. The bun was soft love the sesame on. It had Parmesan fries, which were not oily, They were delicious !!! I love eating burgers every week so this will be my favorite spot I will go again go check for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.
Once again Marty's gets it.. single no cheese.. FRESH seeded bun that held together even with the sauce and P/L/T providing lots of moisture. The sauce provides a nice balance to the meat..
We just moved to the area as first time homeowners a couple of months ago. Suffice to say, we have been overwhelmed! So we’ve been exploring the local food scene via various delivery services. This was how we first discovered Marty’s.... And it has become a top spot and definite favorite in short order!! The food here is consistently good! We haven’t had a bad meal once and we have now ordered from them at least 10 times!! LMAO!! The burgers are DELICIOUS and very satisfying! I prefer the potato bun but the seams seed bun is good as well. Their special sauce blends wonderfully with the savory meat and sweet pickles! The poutine aka “Disco Fries,” is really good! The gravy is awesome - I just wish there was a bit more cheese. But absolutely worth getting! I order it every time!! My partner loves both the Old Bay fries and the Chili Fries. We just tried the Mac & Cheese the other day and it was excellent! And if you’re n the mood for something sweet, the Banana Pudding is the perfect end to this filling and very satisfying meal! Everything is fresh and always delicious!! I’d give it 10 stars if I could!
I am so happy they opened a Marty's in hackensack, these are one of the best burgers I've ever had. The burgers are smashed, and they taste so fresh and homemade, just like the fries. Chicken tenders were juicy and super fresh. Not to mention the customer service is great and the employees were very friendly and helpful. While you are here, please don't forget to the try the banana pudding.. It taste just like Magnolia's, soo delicious! This is my new guilty pleasure, I can't wait to go back and try a different burger.
Wow! What a great sweet summer treat! I’m so glad I stumbled upon Marty’s since it is so close to my home! I ended up ordering a burger and milkshake. Everything was absolutely amazing. This was one of the freshest and most delicious burgers I’ve had in a very long time! The milkshake was also very delicious and the perfect treat. I will definitely be coming back! The staff here are nice, and there are plenty of metered parking available right in front of the location. Great hole in the wall kinda spot!
I was going to study at a cafe nearby and saw this small little burger place when I walked by. I think it just opened up and being a local, it was great to see a burger place that wasn’t a fast food restaurant. Though it’s small on the inside the food is DELICIOUS - it was still piping hot when they brought it to me. The burgers were smashed and very juicy and the fries had a nice crunch to them. Pricing wise, it is also affordable - I ordered a double cheeseburger combo (which comes with the fries and drink) and paid around 12-15. I will definitely be coming back to try their other burger options.
Best burgers around, everywhere else is not even close. Cooked to perfection, my personal favorite is the Swiss Dijon Mushroom burger double. It's nice and juicy and has a nice balance of all the ingredients. The fries are very good also with the Parmesan fries being my favorite. The location is very small and seating is slightly limited especially if you're going with a larger group but I've always found somewhere to sit. There is a bathroom tucked all the way in the back if you need it, it's small but clean and tidy. The young lady working the counter is nice and after you order you just sit and wait! Overall a great place, would highly recommend!
